I advise PAWA Trustees on impact evaluation. I worked extensively in higher education both as a lecturer in English literature at the University of Wolverhampton and as Pro vice chancellor for academic planning and widening participation. As a member of Action on Access I helped develop national evaluation strategies for widening participation initiatives.
