Ponheary Ly Foundation (PLF), Siam Reap, Cambodia With PAWA’s support, Noeurm was able to stay at the Bamboo Domitory in Siam Reap run by PLF so that she could safely attend secondary school. She is the fourth of five children.
The Ponheary Ly Foundation’s goal is to locate and serve the many children in Cambodia who live in the poorest rural villages and do not have access to equitable educational opportunities.
